Would you ever dress up as an anime character?

I would totally do it!! The only problem for me is making the costume, not something I'm too skilled at, and I'm a bit of a perfectionist it would have to look totally convincing y'know, not spray painted cardboard or something like that...although that sounds like it might be funny...It would be a lot better though with a group for sure it's not fun if you do it by yourself and no one has any idea what you're supposed to be, and as for people calling you weird, so what! If you aren't gonna do something just cause what others say you're gonna have a hard time enjoying life! Wink

i know its not that crazy but still weird where
everyone are in normal costum and only me
who wear like anime ... i think if i did they rather call me by
their name instead of calling me.
plus i'll be kinda odd infront of people.

also its not like im saying never ever its just now
i may change in future or this might will be habitual
in my country.

I'd like to try cosplaying but only if a large amount of people are doing it or with my friends (which i doubt) or at a anime con. Too bad I can't make costumes. Mad

What I hate is being laughed at by my friends and family (and relatives). Embarassed

One day I'll dress up as Vash (Trigun) or Alucard (Hellsing). *Daydreams* hehehehehehehehehehehlolhehehehehehehehehe

If the dress is cool why not? Dress designs in animes are often odd, true they dresses looks cool but a real world equivalent of the dress may actually look awful.

but trying there gear or accessories its somewhat cool or wearing there logo

I would like to dress up as an anime character but no one seems to fit me. Most of the protagonist have special symbols and shapes, or either too tall or too short. I tried Inuyasha once, but my GOD!!! I looked like a midget with a red robe trying to be in the Blood Gang. Scary thought.

I also tried to be Shinigamis in Bleach, that turned out even worse. People thought I was going to go to a funeral or something!

me i dress up as a female char cuz i have a slender figure even though im a boy hehehe by chance i have a female twin sister we dont actually look alike one another iit is just dat from afar you cant tell the difference ehehehehe

any who me and my sister dress up as one of naruto chars

me im haruno sakura[man that wig cost about 15$]
while my sister as as hinata without the jaket

from my expireince as a crossdressing cosplayer it is harder to wear
qi pao style costumes well it is easy to get out but hard to get in plus it is so skin tight that my thing /element always harden

heheheh so dats from my leisure time with my sis heeeheheh it is soo good to have a sister the same age as you are pluss we love anime too but she is shy to tell heheheh
