Mahou Sensei NEGIMA!? REMAKE!!!

Wasn't there going to be a specific manga for this series, as well as continuation for the original manga? Not sure, but I think I heard that somewhere (probably further back in this thread, actually...)

This anime is great as long as you don't want an engaging storyline. The sheer randomness of the humour often makes me laugh out loud. Then again, sometimes I just think they're trying too hard... Likewise with the art, some of it's great, but then some of it's just eye meltingly bad. Then again, it's probably in keeping with the randomness of the show and is most likely intentional.

But if I were to say which series I prefer, I think it would be the original, purely because I like a proper storyline. And at least SOME character development...

well. the latest subbed episode is EP 12 and Negi is in a lot of trouble right know. whole class know about his magic, he can't use his magic and he's chupacabura (or something like that thing). I'm wondering about the storyline further if EP 22 raw is out.

Melancoholic - you can say that Negima Neo is a new manga but this new manga and Negima?! got a little different beginning. Manga got only 2 chapters transleted so far (about 3 - 4 mounths I saw first chapter translated)

Ep 13 was subbed a while ago. Things just go from bad to worse for Negi... Could be that the series is coming to a close, it's difficult to tell with a series this random. I hope it isn't and that it'll have a full season's worth of episodes, but, well, with the whole class knowing about him now, it's difficult to see it going on too much longer.

Thanks for the info on the manga, DragonTiger, I might check it out. Especially if the anime comes to a sudden end.

I think that the new NEGIMA manga started off with The NEGIMA NEO or something Confused

I am surprised at how many times they use the chubracobra arc so many times XD

I mean is that thing so very interesting to find?? XD lol

I agree, with his secret not to be secret isn't funny anymore. well, I just wonder how he will get back his magic and become human once more. those two idiots (that frog and cat) really know how to make trouble, they sure are baka. I wonder how many girls will become Negi's partner if things turn out good for Negi.

Ok ep14 is out several days. well, I'm happy, that Negi is back to normal. I think now will be show of his partners abillities. so what the hell happened to his school. Guess must wait till ep 15

I'm reviving this since I finally got caught up all the 14 currently-released episodes. Look like this is going to be a slow release ::cries::.... ugh, one episode a month... at this rate, it's gonna take another year to finish... NOOOOOOOEEEESSSSSS!!

anyway, am I the only one who thinks the Black Rose Baron is actually a woman? Looks and sounds like one... especially with the shape of the face and all the makeup and the ahem... "colorful"... wardrobe

you know what this series need? MORE MAKIE!!! heeheehee. I also wish they'd pay more attention to the school-aspect of the story and not all magic-fighting. We need a rest period somewhere, all this action and magic-talk is making me miss the first version.

Not a fan of the new OP... bring back "Sparking 1000%"... heehee, interesting that they used "Happy Material" as an insert song
