You've already gone through the episodes to see the fillers?
I mean, you know, since its only 26 eps long, supposedly, I don't think they can have too many fillers. |

That is also surprising because... err.. didn't episode 1 just air last week? I also think ep 2 airs tomorrow... Is Long_Gun an esper, then? Haruhi Suzumiya has been looking for you!
lol
(Fun fact: Aya Hirano, Haruhi's voice, also does voicework in this series as Kazuki's sister)
EDIT: After watching the episode, it DOES feel a little rushed. There is just too much going on. Maybe the pacing will slow down for the future episodes, actually taking one thing at a time then. Then again, it is a 26 episode anime based on a manga that runs for (at least) ten volumes. Haven't read the manga, but if they're going to try to cram so much original material in a medium-lenght series it might result in a mediocre series if not handled well. Busou Renkin does not look bad, but I'm not holding my breath for the future.
did this episode remind people of the first episode of Bleach? It sure did to me!

| I just watch the anime yesterday night. It seems ok but the jokes did not seem to be as funny as the manga although what they did are the same. However, hope it will be better in the future episode. |

I just saw the first ep and fell in love with it. Especially when I first heard Mahiro's voice and knew that it was definitely Aya Hirano doing the voice acting, this has just to be one of my favorites. She's enough to base my judgement .
I feel that the flow went perfectly fine and I'm anxious to see the next ep. I don't feel anything missing at all as I have an instinct that more will unravel as the series progresses. Can you guys elaborate on how it's making you feel that it's rushed? And please, no comparison with the manga or any other anime series. |

It is based on its own original manga, but I haven't read it. Since it is licensed already I might as well just wait to check it out. It has absolutely nothing to do with FMA, though. The fact that they both use "alchemy" is non-related. That's like saying that Death Note is an alternate version of Bleach because both have shinigami in it. It doesn't work that way.
I felt it more like a cross between FMA and Bleach. Although the first episode was, in my opinion, a rehash of the first one of Bleach, I think that this could be a good watch later on. _________________

Is it? the alchemist use by FMA is different from this series, that's what I think. In this series, the Alchemy is used as a source for life and weapon, there isn't any "equivalent trade" require. _________________ [IMG:329:162:2e6adb4596]http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t36/justice195/Kusuhabanner.jpg[/img:2e6adb4596] |

I read the manga so I didn't put high hopes on the anime series. However, the first ep appears to be quite ok... at least the comedy part is still as interesting as it is in the manga ^^
Hope there's better improvement in ep2... _________________ [img:800:198:5c85a10b1b]http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1347/feenasighk3.jpg[/img:5c85a10b1b] |

| I have the first volume of the manga and I really enjoyed it. It's not as good as the authors previous work (Rurouni Kenshin) but it is intriguing and I liked it. Where you guys getting the eps from, I havn't seen any of them yet? |
