Or... just go to the download page here in anime-source. Same thing, pretty much.
Episode 2 was ok... I guess.
So now it's a matter of saving Tokiko... Seriously, this is too much like bleach. We have a high school kid who receives powers from this strange girl who teaches him her ways but herself is unable to, at least temporarily, use her own power and has to rely on him... who only uses pretty much the brute force of it. Well, scores are low for originality, but it's still entertaining. And done well enough not to get dropped. And, if anything, the comedy part is funny. Also, the pacing did improve. The episode was by no means slow, but at least it isn't going all over the place like the first one.
BTW, what kind of retarded explanation is "we're siblings?" talk about unbelievable....

OMG couldn't you tell? lol only j/ks just stirring ya
Anywho can't people see that Tokiko's eyes are very much like Kenshin's eyes when he's in Battousai mode?
I just saw the first 2 episodes today and I'm loving it! I enjoy listening to the seiyuus and the animation is great!

Although this anime isnt very original IMO (has many cliches), its got a very likeable main character = very enjoyable to watch.

| Anyone know where I could get it in direct download? Torrent doesn't work (or goes like 1kb an hour) on my network. Any help would be great. |

You can dl it directly from any of the IRC channels run by the subbers of this anime. You can get their IRC address here too
Do torrents in general work on your network? or only this particular anime? |

Actually, the comedy side of it is indeed rather funny, so I don't mind watching this at all. Yet. I have to admit that it is packed with cliches, though.
I'm a bit dissapointed that only Kyuuketsuki and Nukenin are subbing this series. For the moment I think I'll stick with Kyuuketsuki, as I like their translation better and the image quality is pretty much the same. My only complaint about it is that their editor(s) seem rather careless... they slipped on Tokiko's name at least twice this last episode. And I'm not sure if I appreciate their use of "Arms Alcemy" instead of the original "Buso Renkin". I usually don't mind translation of that kind of things... but this time it is the title feature of the show. _________________

While the manga seemed kinda rushed (mostly due to a lack of demand for it and a small popularity), I thought that the episode was nicely done, and the seiyuus were rather appropriate for each of the characters so far. It's kinda sad how people link BR up with FMA immediately just because of the alchemy part; Aside from the usage of 'alchemy' as a term, there isn't really too much of similarities already.
Thus far, the show's pretty entertaining, especially with Kazuki and Tokiko. The action certainly isn't something that has wowed me completely...yet, but I'll continue this one. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |

Ep 3 out. yay.... sorta.
Nothing too awesome, but the comedy's still fun.
the battle scenes on this one could have used some work. we have two in the second half of the episode, but both are pretty rushed... especially Tokiko's. Kazuki's growing, sure, but this made it look like from now on it should be smooth sailing against homunculi, and it isn't. Frog guy was defeated way too easily, and rose woman too abruptly. Tokiko's maneuver is over almost befor it begins. Tempo's screwed up.
If it weren't because of the funny parts, I'd be considering dropping this show now... Thank god it is good for laughs.

Hm...I personally don't really find it fast paced....maybe its because I've read some of the manga before.
Oh well eppie 3 was funny and I'm looking forward for more _________________ Get ready to vote for who you think is the Sexiest Anime Character!! |

| Yea i didn't think Busou Renkin was that bad. I only watche dthe first ep though. I'd like to see what happens but for some reason the story showed a strong resemblence to Bleach. If it is really close to Bleach then wats the point? |

aiya.. i feel ep 3 was totally rushed.. especially the fight scenes..
i mean.. come on two homonculi in one episode.. and they didn't even last that long a few minutes perhaps???
well i think i feel its rushed cause i compare it with RK... the anime lengthened the fight scenes were as in the manga.. well a few slashes and its over... if this is the style of the manga then i guess they are just sticking to it.. but it would be nice if they lengthened the fight scenes though.. and with better animation...

Perhaps. They skimped on the details of how Kazuki really took down that ugly frog there, but the crux of the fighting sequences in this episode came mostly from Tokiko, as expected. It was a little better, but the humor quality remains the same, if not better than the manga. _________________ [IMG:350:100:b32e8a3e97]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a103/FAITH01/tomoyo1.png[/img:b32e8a3e97] |
