Anime-Source Synopsis & Reviews

Another jacked up yuri... kind of. Technically it's not but it still is I guess. Can't really say anything without spoiling it. Also not much happened in the first episode, or maybe I just wasn't paying attention. I didn't see anything great about this, but I'm going to watch more because I'm bored... and because it's yuri. I might get sick of this pretty soon though as I seem to hate harem style shows. I can't really agree with the portrayal of the main character.

Is it me or the character design look alot like Da Capo? Ok maybe a little...

Well I'm not too sure about this series being Yuri or plain Harem. After all the hero is still technically a male dress up as female unlike Hazumu in Kasimasi. This anime appear as a game in my Hgame catalog for several volume and well it does catch my attention. Since i'm not pretty much into Hgames I'm really glad they make the anime instead.

If you ask me this anime is more like Strawberry Panic (SP) though SP doesn't have a HERO but we do in Otoboku. I've finished the first ep and all i can say is that the animation quality is at par with Strawberry Panic and story wise it is more promising then SP as well.

I'm not into Yuri series but I do watch them as well as some Yaoi ones. However, I'm looking forward to see the outcome of this series. Afterall... the hero is really cute ^^ reminds me of the Yaoi series Princess Princess ^^

Episode one downloaded for me, and read up a little on episode 2. I must say while it seems like another harem or yuri show, it's pretty good-for light-hearted humor thus far, at least. It certainly doesn't hurt all that much for bits of fanservice (yeah, I'm a male, what can I say? Laughing

) but more importantly, I feel that it reeks of fun and humor. Whether seriousness regarding relationships or otherwise will take centrestage or not remains to be seen, so I'll just throw my criticisms about "stupid harem shows" and dig in to that little bit of humor they provide.

I like what I've seen sofar, apart from some of the more blatant fanservice-y bits (like the first opening scenes ... Rolling Eyes

). I mean, just the first episode managed to make me laugh quite loudly. ^^ The storyline sofar is yet more proof for my theory that at least part of the Japanese people must be very odd ... Heh, and of course I loved the chibis. They had such a nice showing in the end credits, too.
I wonder if there's really going to be ghost character ...? Oh well, guess I'll have to wait and see. ^_^ Awaiting the second episode's subbing with baited breath, here ...

P.S.: Is it wrong of me that I kept thinking of Pretty Face when watching this anime ...? ^^;

what are the chances of a guy ending up in an all-girl school... Razz

i could see they would be putting in a lot of humor into this plus the usual fanservice...

i am liking the chibi thingy in the ED... its very entertaining.. Very Happy

woops, i almost missed episode 2 fansub. yep as you all said, this is a pretty light hearted anime, and I think i'll enjoy it not because of the yuri nor the ecchi, but having them wouldn't be so bad Razz

. Anyway still looking forward to future releases

I'm probably not the first to point out some strong similarities to Strawberry Panic!, but it's still all good. I wonder why there's such a powerful animosity between Mariya and Takako, though. They looked as if they were nearly ready to claw each other to shreds ...

I didn't know that it had been released already, but this was one of the shows on my to watch list for this season. There seems that there aren't too many comedies this season (or that many are just very very light comedies, but are typically more serious than comedic), so this was one of my definites this season.
