| I watched it, didnt think much of it. The first episode really doesn't provide much to keep people interested in it. |

I just watched episode 2. I like this anime... potentially Excellent. Right now stuck at 8/10 but the story might turn out to be decent after all. Combat is detailed and I liked the different sword techniques.
You guys are missing out by not watching this. |

Done with ep 2
kinda bleh that it took the whole troupe to bring down Haroi(sp??) dude... and with the way the episode goes.. lots of things to be answered in upcoming episodes.. and not anytime soon... but still it managed to keep me glued in and sort of have a little grasp of things per episode so this is looking good storywise... i also like the little infos they put in.. im not really sure if all of them are facts but yeah.. its nice..

What made me glued to this anime was the action(been watching too much romance harem thingies) . Anyways I've seen the recent raws seen ep 4 raw Even though I have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE SAYING the charecters movements and gestures tell EVERYTHING..........not really......................but the ACTION was cool..... _________________ [IMG:350:100:fd0c78d353]http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/3054/beck3jk.png[/img:fd0c78d353]

Finished up to ep2, I suppose this anime was quite a let down if you ask me... at first I thought this will be a nice historical anime where samurai fights with swords (The Samurai's way you know? Is pretty cool...) and then we see some westerns bringing in guns yet it still pretty cool seeing the political and stuffs...
however... what really destroy my image of the series is that stupid and pathetic walking zombie with his Earth Slashing or whatever he calls it that capable of splitting floors, and how that weird looking stones that shines brightly and release a weird auras...
I safely announce that I enjoy Kenshin Himura and Peace Maker Kurogane more than this one... but since is still only 2ep... will see what it can offer... sigh... _________________ [img:800:198:5c85a10b1b]http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1347/feenasighk3.jpg[/img:5c85a10b1b] |

Ouch Yuun.. you lost some points with me saying that Peace Maker Kurogane is better than BKI. I mean seriously... the ending of PMK was trash and the story had no focus.
Anyhow, watched episode 3. It's looking good and I love the action.
A solid 9 so far... i await seeing a serious long term opponent though the ones up so far have been pretty decent. |

Sunrise and Bandai is behind this series.
As for my opinion on this series, it's still not interesting enough, I'll watch couple more episodes and determine if I should drop it. |

There seems to be a fair amount of Japanese historical background, which I find a little hard to follow at times (mainly because the names are so long... I'm really bad at remembering names... in all languages).
Animation is superb and I noted that the music was particularly well done. If I can get my head around the story then I'll be able to completely enjoy this show. It's definitely on my "Anime-to-follow" list... for now |

Solid...
Just watched episode 4... Solid show guys... no way to miss this one if you liked Basilisk, Samurai X Trust/Betrayal or Ninja Scrolls.
This will end up either a 9 or a 10.. (I sense a 9 for it in the future).... unless they really do a better job on the bad guys.. which can happen potentially. |

Zzzz... I give up... ep4 is as much as I can bare... nothing comes into conclusion. Like the settings and realism but it gets really old too fast. It might have been better if this is a movie rather than an anime. _________________ [img:800:198:5c85a10b1b]http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1347/feenasighk3.jpg[/img:5c85a10b1b] |

Hmm.. watched episode 7... this story is dragging now... Not very cool.. they need to give the bad guys some good screen time.
I dropped my rating of this series to a 9... might go down to an 8 soon (which is a casual for me). |
