This isn't the first time my mom got in an accident and I think this time if we report her insurance will go up. Even if it wasn't our fault. I think that information is right. I don't know all this crap about insurance.

they might be easy on your mom since it happened during what they call "inclement weather." I totallty smashed into two cars head-on during a rain storm one year and I never heard anything about it. The cops were there and took down everyone's info... I guess I got lucky or something, I dunno.

At least you can be happy knowing that no one got hurt. Always helps to have a camera in your car incase you need to take pictures or someone tries to run away, like in your case.

It was the stupid cap driver fault because he was behind us. He had his distance. I file a complaint, sue him, we go to court. Don't know what the outcome is because I don't have a damn lawyer. Sueing is big. My fking back hurts like hell. I need to do want is right. Accidents need to be reported at less. Even if nothing happens, but it is about keeping the road safe. eg. From crazy, Reckless people AKA cap drivers.
I called the company and complain, they told me to call the Police Service non emergency line. They ain't taking down any shit information. You SOB.
But crashing into 2 cars, everything is ok. Did anyone get hurt really bad.

i had 2 accidents... and this is why i hate motorcycles....

bikes make stupid people even more stupid.

the first one is when i was driving with my mom to a store when suddenly a man with a motorcycle undertakes us. when he was at the front, he suddenly wobbles and then immediately turned left, and then we hit him... real hard. It was his fault for being aggressively stupid but the thing that really boils my blood is that we are the ones who pay for his exuberant hospital fee... that ass.

the second one is the day i'm crossing the road to go to college. some stupid guy in a motorcycle beat the red light and went past me, hit my left leg and made a big wound. the motorcycle man looked at me and then blazed hurriedly.... i was so pissed at that time....

nel>> if you live in the philippines i can understand... this is why when you run over someone... you make sure you kill them.. cause it will cost more if you let him live and attend to his medical bill...

now that snow season is nearing our place i have to be extra careful on the road.. and as much as possible only use public transit... cause i don't think a whole lot of vancouverites would know how to drive in snowy conditions... and we already have some of the worst drivers around so to not get clipped by some stupid newbie driver in the snow and get my dad angry at me for denting our van i would rather take the bus and let the bus run over some hapless driver who doesn't know how to drive on snowy road conditions...

everyone was alright. Since the roads were slick, we all kinda just bounced off each other. Confused

@NeL... wow, that sucks. I feel for ya.

oh geez... sad yet true, apparently

I was working at my fire dispatching during the day last week when we had our first snowflakes of the season. People really do forget how to drive in snow... even in New England where we're famous for being able to still do 70mph in 6 inches of snow. Of course, there are tons of boneheads out there... it wasn't even a half-inch on the ground and our boards were lit up with car crashes all across the region I was monitoring. How embarassing... Embarassed

oh, and another story from about two months ago... I was driving to work on a Sunday night and I was on the highway when I saw a car off the road up against a tree. I was the only one who stopped to talk to the guy. I couldn't tell if he was drunk or just woozy from the crash, but he said he was alright. I stayed with him until the state troopers showed up. I flagged them down with my cell phone light, haha.

yes, but being a kind and thoughtful soul that i always have, i wouldn't.. Very Happy

oh and i remember another one, but this time it doesn't involve me...

a bus hit a a man in a motorcycle in the highway... and the worst part is, the bus ran over the man's head...

as our bus passed over the scene of the crime, i regrettedly looked at it and saw a body with no head and his brains splattered all over the road...
i haven't ate anything within 2 days because of that.

nel>> ahh yes.. the buses in the philippines are like rolling coffins...

hell, any mode of transportations are coffins... flying, floating and rolling coffins... Confused

similar incident with the bus...

they hit some guy who was jaywalking...

once the dirver of the bus realized the guy was still alive.. he reversed and ran over the guy again.. making sure he is dead... saves him the money of attending to the guys hospital bill and took care of a witness... Confused

oooh... that's bad, though i usually heard things like that every time, it's really.... no.

i'd rather be bankrupt for treating a person i hit that be eaten by my conscience by doing that.

I was in a car accident while one of the staff at my group home was driving me to an appointment. He was turning left on a green light then the car traveling north came down and hit the passenger side of the car. I was hit hard. Knock the breathe out of me. The car did about over a 90 degree turn. The door is Fk up. He ask me are you ok. And about calling the insurance? Well I didn't hear anything, wasn't taking to the doctor or hospital didn't have any court hearing. He had to pay for the broken car that was what he told me.
