This series isn't really good, but if you have nothing else to watch or do I guess you could download this since its not good enough to get licensed.
Otherwise skip this.
Not that I disagree, but licensing doesn't need it to be "good". It just needs to be extremely popular and being able to bring in the money for any company which might be willing to license it.

You're right its no Love Love but popularity also means its kinda good or the people who sponser it think its good enough to be advertised to the extent that even American licensers would bother with it.
Lets say for instance,
Naruto, I actually don't really hate but I don't really like either because of the people who actually DO like it. Last week I swore I saw some kid with a swirly ball shirt or whatever its called, Akatsuki or something. He was bragging how cool and sharp his Masamune was. While he was sporting clothes from hot topic. I was trying to enjoy my root beer and garlic fries in the plaza. (Rock Lee's tournament fight was awesome). He also picked a fight with some white kid who said anime is for faggots. I didn't really care because I wanted some new shoes and a cookie. I should of so followed though I wanted to see the Naruto kid get his ass beat or if the Naruto kid was winning I'd donkey punch him and let the anime-hater beat on him.
All that aside, episode 7's thoughts...
It certainly did surprise me, what with the changing of the mood of the anime rather quickly. There was the obligatory humor with the machines again, but for most part, episode 7 continues where episode 6 left off about Haruhiko seeing his mother in Riko. Of course, we get the same issues about "What is happiness?" as well as some pretty decent character development on Haruhiko and Kirino as well as Chisa (mostly Haruhiko).
