My favorite mangas are the ones where males are disguised as female through either some kind of transformation or dressing up. I love Ranma, strawberry eggs, and pretty face. If anyone knows where I can view more of those, I would like to know.

since its been awhile since i watched the anime i was never certain if they made kamatari as a man or a woman in teh anime..

but yeah.. in the manga it was pretty blatant on the revalation thing..

Somehow, I feel like an expert in this, even though I only know a handful of series.
The My Two Wing series is called Boku no Futatsu no Tsubasa (lvl 4 in the section and there's a reason why its the only lvl 4 there). This one is weird, because the girl is a guy, and yet really is both. This work is done by Toshiki Yui and she usually does a ton of H work - this happens to be one of 4 that isn't H material but pretty 'graphic' in that sense.
There's a lot of shoujo-ai works that are gender blender, but thats mostly girl -> guy series. Others included Hanazakari no Kimitache e (Hana-Kimi) and Ouran High School Host Club where its not shoujo-ai but girls dressing up as a guy.
Some list series are on my labtop, but not all because the rest are on my external.. and its broken right now..., include:
Mai Otome (manga, not anime. The male dresses up to look like Mashiro-chan)
No Bra (manga)
School of Water Business (manga)[there are some in chapter 12ish]
With Karen (manga)
Hourou Musuko (manga - deals with 2 genderblender: guy-> girl and a girl-> guy)
Akane-chan Overdrive (manga & mangaka of Ichigo 100%)

Futaba-kun Change (I don't like the last volume... totally killed it)
Kashimashi ~girl meet girl~ (anime and manga)
Kill me Kiss me (korean manga)
Mint na Bokura (a bit older, but very cute manga series)
My Barbaric Girlfriend (some US company licensed this manga series and released it as Your and My Secret) [oh, there's a Live Action version of this series]
Never Give Up (manga)
Okitsune-sama de Chu (manga)
W-Juliet (my 2nd fav genderblender series of all times, right behind pretty face)
Oh... there's a bunch of em but I forgot....

One more anime stuff (since you said I My Me Strawberry Eggs, I assume anime is okay) is Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru. That one is almost on par with I My Me stuff.

Gah! I've so many yet I dont remember any... bugs me. I'll update this when I get my external up and running.

Oh, not so much, but Ryuuroden has *some* gender blender, but not enough to warrant it as a gender blender series.

Oh, there's another one called Change Guy. Korean manga, with 2 guys dealing with a change in "minds" (not gender though, but still good)
Also similiarly, Asatte no Houkou, where these two girls exchange "age" - pretty interesting stuff. I'll add more when I think of em.

After reading lifeless's list~ I just remembered Ritsu (zodiak of monkey) from Fruit Basket cross dresses to a female... he sorta disappeared from the manga ater his part XD I think...
