you mean famous people or other characters that show up in anime?
if so, then I vote for Yoda in Excel Saga
also, for whatever reason, I think it's funny when they talk about Colonel Sanders in anime (specifically Nurse Witch Komugi Operation Z) _________________

that's exactly what i mean
as for my pick i gotta give it FUMOFFU!!! the hotsprings episode was classic:
Kurz and the other guys get shot down by the sentry guns set up by Sousuke and Kurz makes the geek go on with some corny speech and so the geek takes Kurz's sniper, runs like hell to the hot spring and activates the SEED from Gundam Seed except it was replaced with underwear and then he goes and blasts the sentries
man that episode was funny but basically any reference to other anime's but it must be decent. don't care if its funny or cool, as long as its decent _________________ ALL HAIL LELOUCH

The last episode of Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu. The bread Ono-D ate was named Bakuretsu God Curry Bread, it is tribute to G-Gundam's God Gundam.
Episode 10 of Fumoffu shows Ambassador Magma, it is censored but for licensing purposes. _________________

Yes, she looks like Shishio. BTW, Busou Renkin and Rurouni Kenshin are written by the same man, Nobuhiro Watsuki.
In Midori no Hibi, During an anime convention, when Seiji and his doll obsessed friend are talking. There is a cosplayer in the background who looks like Naruto. _________________

In Wild Striker: Hungry Heart, A J-League and National Team player Masashi "Gon" Nakayama played in one episode with the main character. Other J-League players appeared watching the FIFA U-17 match between Japan-Cameroon. _________________

| Keroro Gunsou, so many gundam references its not even funny, Also, one of the main characters Mutsumi Hojo (also known as 623) appears in the anime Shichi'nin no Nana (seven of seven) in which he brodcasts a radio show, as he doesn in Keroro Gunsou. He also appears in the anime as a central plot character known as "Examinee 623" |

since this is going so slowly have a whack at this question, what are the best ways to use a cameo? for comic relief? for seriousness? is it even necessary? _________________ ALL HAIL LELOUCH

| The censored Gundam in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is my favourite. Although, it's probably more of a reference than a cameo. |
