OF course they aren't replacing the TVs. This occurence is so small they could legally ignore it. It is the responsiblity of the person who broke their TV, if it was indeed on accident. Sony would have just ignored something like this. Blaming Nintendo for their wrist straps is like the woman who sued mcdonalds when she spilled hot coffee on herself.
