how do u switch servers on mirc? for example, if im on rizon how do i switch to another one.?
if you're on rizon and want to switch to another rizon server, you need to know the rizon server's name and then type /server <type server name here>
it'll switch the server you're currently using to the one you just typed
to join another irc network like: you're on rizon and want to join irchighway, you can either type:
/server irc.irchighway.net -> will switch the server you're using to irc.irchighway.net
or
/server -m irc.irchighway.net -> this will open a new status window & connect to one of the irchighway.net server right away in that status window leaving you connected on rizon on the other status window from now, you just type the channel you wanna join in the new status window, you can also add a channel to your favorite & specify that the channel will be joined on connection to the appropriate network
