i agree with you all that translators should just stick with subtitles....
when dubbed in english, well, the emotion's shomewhat suppressed.
just like animax..... it would have been better if they'd stick with subtitles...
hmmm i find dubs can be good if they are done appropriately, especially when the characters involved are not japanese to begin with. for example, i watched steamboy on animax with an english dub and it was surprisingly well done, and it actually made sense since the characters were british anyway (hence british voice actors).
