It is hard to define -Best- so I will just name those I like...(In pass 10 yrs or so...)

-Gravitation (Not that into Yaoi stuff, but it is bloody funny!)
-Utena (Never fully understand it, but still... It always haunting me...)
-FMA (Enjoyable action/drama)
-Read or Die (I am a book-nerd...)
-Elfen Lied (Totally brutal, but also full of deep meaning...)
-GTO (Do I need to explain why???)
-Card Captor Sakura (... Not usually into this kind of sweet&nice anime, but this is the exception)

etc... (However not Naruto... Sorry but I would say I have seen better ones)
