I don't see a single Negima (either version) girl in this poll... no Sister Princesses either. Good seeing some of the Kamichu girls and Ichigo Tachibana (Uta~Kata) in there though. From the chart, I'd say the type of moe represented by the bandaged girl is... probably the bottom right one... just meaningless otaku fetish.
It takes awhile to undertand that chart haha.

I'm usually good at chart-reading, but not understanding the Japanese is making my head spin... maybe that and the fact that I'm tired, hungry and STILL putting off reading through staff applications... I suppose I should go do that now.

so easy? nani? There are at least 2 or 3 that can stand pretty well on their own... notably Nodoka Miyazaki and Evangeline A.K. McDowell.

If she was from a very popular series, she would have been guaranteed a place on the poll. If she possessed a special quality to be considered as being moe, such as maid, loli, weird personality, etc. maybe someone would have remembered her and nominated her. Really, most of the fillers are just there to give way to the big names: Nanoha series, School Rumble, Rozen Maiden, etc.

Well I, for one, enjoyed Grenadier a whole lot more than Witchblade (more fanservice, more jokes, none of the faulty seriousness), and yet still Amaha Masane made it there. I'll atribute it to her being from a more recent anime. In two years it'll be like "Ama-who?"
And yeah, I do see what character type seems more popular right now... not like I particularily mind... _________________

They're joke entries, it's not like people actually think they're moe. If the characters you guys mentioned weren't on it, maybe they were on it in previous SaiMoe. For Negima, I think the previous SaiMoe probably covered them. I'm sure even that girl leoxjm mentioned was on it maybe 2, 3 years ago.
