It's a fan comic of Zero no Tsukaima I guess. I only found it few days ago, me having this image at this time was pure coincidence hahaha.

i mean come on if you summon ash ketchum it'd be hilarious. just think about it, what would he do at school? repeat grade 6 over? would he walk around with his right shoulder higher then the right because he lost his 25 pound mouse? can't travel around the world searching for pokemon, mistake ursaring for a black bear and realize that he can't out run a bear, if he gets caught he'd die and pokeballs have no effect. what would he do for money? how would he buy food? LOL wut about his allowance? This is like apprentice the pokemon edition, to see if he has wut it takes to become a working member of society.
