I wouldn't call this a job, none of the staffs here are paid. Even though it's voluntary, we still need people who are active, responsible, don't mind doing the same thing again and again etc.

Depends on which position you are interested, you can TRY apply for it. Usually, we would go recruit people if we really do need extra help.

I personally don't want people who are just curious and becomes a staff for fun and then leaves.

thnx 4 the answer but really wat would it take to become a mod operator or just a staff as in how high must your education be or wat year lvl you graduated from you know stuff like that
