Saint Seiya. I've watched most of it in French(Les Chevalliers du Zodiaqe) and my French is bad. Currently there's the Hades series, but i want to watch the original in some proper language first Wink

well, blackjack didn't come out too long ago, maybe around 1999 or older

I know some people said robotech but really it was macross. The macross saga is what made robotech because honestly the other stories in robotech the invid invasion and the other one (see nobody rememebrs it)were lame. So instead of giving props to Robotech give it to Macross. another good old anime was Fist of the North Star. i know it is getting rereleased with new stuff which i havent seen but the original was so awesome" you are already dead" how cool is that.

Mobile Suit Gundam, hands down. But Robotech WAS good, all of the stories, though yes, I prefered Macross saga the most.

the Mermaid flesh trilogy (what the inuyasha person did before inuyasha)

Venus wars

and of course the Ralph bakshi classic miniseries

Dominion: tank police

not the remade series, the origional smut-fest!

The first anime that I ever watched was Flame of Recca, but DBZ followed closely after that, so I will have to go with DBZ/GT.

I'm glad somebody mentioned slamdunk cause that's one of my favorites T.T. Gundam and dbz were great as well.

I used to like DBZ cause it was the "first" anime I saw (or more the first one of that kind).

Now that I seen tons of more anime, I can say DBZ is as bad as it gets, and the first 3 animes I really enjoyed (and still do) are escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop and Trigun
