thanks. i looked around and its clear now.
however... how should we make the screen shots?
The only way i can think of is to have it playing on my computer, freeze it on full screen and use the printscreen option. save the picture from a word document after pasting, to a picture file and then send it in.

That's one way to do it, although I would have pasted it to an image editor like photoshop (I don't like MS Paint, because it destroys the image quality after you save it).

Another method is to use VLC media player, which includes a screenshot capture function. Windows Movie Maker can get the job done, also.
