Thanks for the advice! How do you add a border? Just add a line around it, or is there some special way? And I'll probably make my next one thinner, but I like making my sigs big for now so I can mess with the effects and such. (plus Im to lazy to go change it and upload it all over again lol)

ya i've been kinda out of the loop for a while because i simply could not find the time to come here and converse like i usually do. u kno, gotta prioritize my life and all. so now that i'm back i gotta start making more sigs!

right here's my latest one which i kinda made with no real thought at all but it still turned out to be good. This is Karen Stadtfeld from code geass and if u look closely at the background u can see her Knightmare Frame (mech) the Guren Mk. II

Very Nice! The only problem Im having with it is that the text is so hard to see cuz it kind of diffused with all the other dark colors in the sig.

Of course unless thats what u wanted. Confused

still THis one is new so very good job, and I never see any code geass sigs around here! XD lol

OK to commemorate ur return I have ACTUALLY tried and follow those tediously long tuts on a sight. BUt since I didn't have some of the brushes needed I did what I Could to make it work. HERE IS MY NEW SIG!! XD ITs from a game called YS.

Well heres a sig that I just quickly made. I can't figure out how you guys do all those effects, so I decided to just keep it simple lol. Any suggestions?

k first off, for that u wanna move the face up higher so u can see her up to her shoulder or perhaps the chest area, i find that works best. From there you could add another layer, fill it completely black, and then use some abstract brushes as erasers to get a sorta grudge effect. Um... other than that u kinda have to experiment with the different layer effects, brushes, textures, etc...

anyone else wanna add anything?
