Physical Memory

i dont know too much about this problem but everytime i have went to youtube it loads about 1/2 of the movies then it freezes and quits loading then sometimes(if im lucky) i can just clear the cache and it will load alittle more(by a little i mean 2 seconds more) now this has not happened to me before and is just now starting up.

Steps Currently Taken
1. Expanded Physical Memory
2. Expanded Paging File to 1Gig (Laptop) and 4Gigs min - 8Gigs max (Desk)
3. Ran Various checks including CheckDisk, Disk Cleanup
4. Ran Disk Defrag.
5. Installed Routers latest Firmware provided by the makers
6. Asked The Wonderous people who have helped me before on Anime-Source (that is after this post is fully read)

it would be nice to fix this problem and it seems that this has only happend after i switched out routers >.< because my other one slashed my data transfer down quite abit it was running at 11Mb/s wireless and 54Mb/s Wired >.< this new one seems much faster and i have checked through all its settings and i even have turned its internal firewall off (after i started expirening this problem......
