|
|
| I have a problem with my Kamen Rider video files. As .avi files, the timing with the video and the sound were perfect, until I converted them into .mp4 iPod compatible files. When they were converted, the timing between the sound and the video were separated by at least 3 seconds. Is there any way for me to fix this problem? |

I need these few things before I can advise further:
1) Your computer processor and RAM size.
2) Your graphics card model.
3) What software you use for converting to the MP4 format? _________________

1) 600EBMHz Intel Pentium III and 127.0 MB RAM(is that what you were asking for?)
2) How would you check for you graphics card model?
3) I downloaded a file called 'Jodix Free iPod Video Conerter' -- I've used it to convert video files before and would transfer them to a laptop where they would run fine. Its just these certain video files that would run funny on this computer and my laptop. |

Looking at your processor and RAM, I could safely deduce that it causes the problem. Remember that encoding takes a lot of resources and if you are running other applications other than the encoding software, this issue will always happen.
Better odds of getting it synched is to upgrade your processor, or try to shutdown any application when you are encoding and see whether the problem is resolved. _________________

| Ooh... Well, from trying what you suggested, it doesn't seem like that's the problem, because when I try to convert other video files, they turn out just fine and the sound and timing are perfectly in sync. The only problem is with my Kamen Rider Kabuto video files. Could it be that there is something that there's something in the video file that the Jodix Converter can't read or something of that matter? |

Could be, but I can't say anything until I try myself..... Do you know where I can download the file? Or somewhere that you can upload that I can download and try to convert? _________________
