no posts without the answer, did I? and I did told you to edit your posts many time and I'll see it, didnt I?and if there is any question Pm me except its very very important didnt I say that or not? i'm not talking to myself am I?. This is the first page and many posts in row breaking the rules -________________________- and most of them one liner >-<

The policeman is the kid's dad. Since 16 is still underage his parents (the policeman) is responsible for the ticket.

I think the answer is.. the policecop was going down the wrong way on the street too and tha'ts bad so he had to write himself a ticket for himself
