directx prob.

can anyone plz help me...,
i ussually play pc games in a computer shop... so i don't know what to do.
i tried to download a game in our pc,, and when i start it
there's a messgae saying that security settings have prohibited directx to run in this blah. blah blah.
how do i solve dis prob..

Q1) do you use account to enter the computer?
if so then

Q2) what is your account type(admin/guest)


else
probably just wrong setting

therefore just see the setting in the computer you used to play
and
use the setting to your comp(also install the newest directx)
