| after he watched it he loved it so much...so now he's asking me what else he can get that similar to ranma in style and genre....he's new to anime, and i'm not an expert, so i'd appreciate suggestions for shows that he would like...kinda vague i know, but what do u guys think? |

| if he likes mangas he could try "futuba kun change" it´s pretty similiar to ranma 1/2 but it was published some time before ranma |

| Cute girls than i have to recomend Vandred or Chobits. they both have comedy and Chobits has some realy nice sugestions about the future of mankind. |

Definately suggest Inu Yasha... it's very similar in style/humor to Ranma.
Maison Ikkoku is also good, if he liked the romance aspect of the series. It also provides a bit more realistic humor. |
