does any one no a program that can cut parts out of a episode...and pic out of the episode??

Drag the slider around to the part that you want to start cutting out. Than press Home button on your keyboard. And drag the slider to the end of the part you want to cut out, and press End. Than go to File. Save Segment AVI.
And if you want pic's out of a episode you can just use MPC, File> save image option

Didn't he say that he does not want WMM? And I think he has resolved the problem, so I am wondering why you need to bring this thread up and also with no apparent effort to explain what Sony Vegas do and how to use it.
