Is posible to created a manga library

I know that you can fine mangas in the library but is only one area not the hold library.

as for your library conundrum, library's in general won't have only mangas because that will defeat the purpose of a library and i don't think they have libraries with only one type of book. There is a place to find only manga though, it's called a book store. See if u can find a store called Sunrise Creations, it has an boatload of anime stuff

with that said i'll leave the rest to fate

as sakib said tho, the best place to look for localized manga is in a bookstore. as manga becomes more mainstream, the big retailers like Borders, Barnes&Noble and the ilk have increasingly larger sections dedicated to manga. other good bets are asian import stores, anime niche stores, and even some game shops.

Yeah, the popularity of manga in North America is very new. Not even a decade ago, you'd never find a manga section in even a giant book retailers. I could only find manga in local comic book stores.
Every year I visit the book stores, the manga shelves grow bigger and bigger.

Now about the library thing...
The definition of library can be:
:a place in which literary, musical, artistic, or reference materials (as books, manuscripts, recordings, or films) are kept for use but not for sale
:a collection of such materials

So when you ask if it's possible, the answer is yes. I mean, even I got a library of manga book on my room shelf.

If you were talking about a large public library building filled with only manga, it's obviously not possible. Check out the childrens/young adults section, maybe your local library has a large selection.
I haven't been to a city public library in many years, so I wouldn't know what it's like now. Also my university library would obviously not have a single manga book in their collection.
