Silver Age is like old comics, the really cheesy ones, after Seduction of the Innocent was published but before Rob Liefeld jacked it all up. Or something.

Marvel is a comic book company, used to be Timely. They got Fantastic Four, Spiderman, Deadpool...

In short, the best. XD

And your early comics weren't horrible! They remind me of newspaper comic strips... kinda nostalgic actually, just like what Clark said. Yeah, you look like someone I know from a distant past...

(For those who doesn't know SUNRISE, it's an anime studio that's quite known for making complex anime plots and twists them to such strangeness, it even rivals TV soaps)

For you guys who thought I looked really familiar, I think I have the whole generic white girl geek who spends too much time on the internet down. From the self portraits I've seen of others of my clan, the parted down the middle brown hair and glasses is like standard uniform. We're the stormtroopers of sassy internet fans. For those you wondering, we all have really bad aim too. D: Good things we're not guys. Icky toilets.

And thanks for the kind words about my comic. Man, you guys are sweet.

(I'm not an expert on Dc or Marvel either, but I tend to enjoy myself whenever I get ahold of it, as long as it's not 90s stuff. Ugh, comics got terrible in the 90s, godawful. I won't even go near the stuff.

(Unless, of course someone can name a really neat exception I should look up...>> ))

Anywho, you definitely don't look nerdy or geeky or whatever. It's more of a 'withdrawn sophistication with a touch of acclaimed superiority' I look more geeky/nerdy/whatever than you actually, what with my thick plastic glasses and all. *nod nod*

My bro has a drawer full of comics, his most prized possession is the 'Death of Superman' hee hee. We've probably re-read that a dozen times already... kinda thick and he covered it with plastic. Meh, it's lost somewhere though. Rats might be having more fun with it than us~ ^__^

By the by, what's LEE? Largest Ear Evar? Laughing

But Ill tell you a great comic from the 90's Aleins VS Superman and Aleins VS Batman. I have to say it's one of the few times that Batman does better than Superman. In the end they both get there butt's kicked left and right especaly Superman, he nearly dies.

death of superman was one of the best in its series.. then it fizzled down after he died for the first time.. but its still a good read... Very Happy

for DC comics.. i suggest you get a hands on the graphic novels of batman..

especially Batman: Year One... i think that was rated the best.. in all of the graphic novels of batman. Very Happy
