I wonder if hospital girl (Aono?) and Yorito are blood related siblings?
Unless im misreading her emotions, she seemed quite jealous when she heard that matsuri was staying with Yorito. If they were blood related, such emotions would be very...icky...

I'm pretty sure they are blood-related, but I see things a bot differently. Yorito is Aono's only family, and the previous episode established that Aono isn't too happy about being in a hospital. Even if she doesn;t show it, it actually cheers her up when Yorito comes to see her. Now, if there is someone staying at home with Yorito, that person is probably demanding the attention that Aono would be getting from him. That could also be the cause why he has been forgetting his silly plushies lately, why he comes less often and for shorter times.
And clearly, Aono (or anybody, I think) doesn't like that.

yeh, thats actually a more likely case.
i guess its just strange for an older sibling who is already quite mature to be so visibly jealous. such a situation is more likely to occur from younger siblings who are not very mature clcinging to older siblings. Aono and Yorito have a strange family situation and probably as a result very very close.
its pretty ironic that yorito definitely doesn't feel as strongly for his sister. I mean, he puts visiting Aono at hospital verly low on his priority list. |

That's not entirely true.
As far as I see it, before Matsuri came, Yorito's only primary concern was the sky. Other than that, he came to visit his sister. Only was it when Matsuri came did there appear to be some 'break' in the normal routine of life for Yorito, which in this case, affects Aono as well.

Eh, just got confusing now if that one scene was a flashback. So Matsuri, Aono, and Yorito know each other from the past. Apparently Yorito died or went away causing Aono to commit suicide. Matsuri turns Aono into a Yaka against her will. Unless that was all a dream and not an actual flashback...

Woah! Ok now. Ep. 7 has just slapped me in the face
What the heck is goin on??? Why did Yorito kill Matsuri!? (but kinda looked like he was being controlled) Why does it look like Maturi is trying to hide that one green doll girl?? Unlesss.....she didn't want him to know she already had a kid!?!?!....NOOOOOOOOOoooooo......!!
Its going to be a long week for Takasan till Ep. 8 comes out...

Yeah, he was being controlled by Aono. Light in his eyes were gone and stuff, yadda yadda yadda.

If you havn't seen eipsode 7 yet, Don't read this ,)
It's acctualy pretty simple, Why did he kill Matsuri!?.
Take attention to his Oneesan, She does not understand why Yorito leaved
her, to run after matsuri. Also Aono's and Matsuri's "deal" that was broken.
That matsuri whould stay away from Yorito until Him and his sister has
"found back together", after she comes home again from the hospital.
Note. Where she was in the first place beacuse she had, Ower-used her
Powers.
Ofc Aono get's angry at Matsuri, Probably hates her,
since her only reason to live is to be with Yorito.
To the part Why did he kill Matsuri!?..
My opinion: He didn't do it under his own "free will".
Look at his sisters eays, and then look at his eays at the ending.
and you'll find out that they are the same.
Meaning his Oneesan took temporairly controld of his actions.
The big question is, what is Yorito gonna do when he snaps out of it
and see's that he has stapped Matsuri (His love) in the belly.
Hopes it help you figur out why he did as he did

Matsuri & Aono already knew eachother before they "meeted" at the
hospital. also Ishizuki dosen't say that Matsuri lives with Yorito. she says
that that they are friends. And it was the name Matsuri, Aono reackted to
I belive it's episode 5 you're refering to.

And with episode 12, this is probably one of the only animes where I'll remember them well for their cliffhangers aside from the characters and story. 
Small spoiler for episode 12:
Matsuri stabbing herself and Aono, with Yorito holding the latter down? A little more of their past is revealed, and we get a lengthy fight.
I don't know how it's all going to turn out, but apparently all signs point to 'Tragedy'. We'll see how the story twists again.
