Well... if you have a comfortable shelter over your head, have 3 meals a day, has a big enough bed to sleep, and proper clothes to wear, that's normal life...

Hmm, can't say I have much of a philosophy. I just do what I do. I think ahead sometimes, and not at all other times. I suppose one of my favorit sayings is: go with the flow

I also try not to judge others, whether they are 'good' or 'evil', but that dosnt mean I wont judge you. As the Christians say: "Judge not least you be judge". One of their better mentalities I think.

Haha, I know what you meant kyo. I was thinking in a stand that I'm the more fortunate person instead of the more unfortunate.

Those statements you've said, can be applied to most of us because we hae our ups and downs in life. I was wondering if life is fair to the children in Africa, where their live is only down, no ups. Is it fair to them...

Hmmm i dont quite qualify in the true blue realist category
im kinda a lost realist, since my beliefs is sometimes contradicting of norms in society..

Beliefs
-An eye for an eye makes the world go blind
-Feel free to hate me for the right reasons
-Hate and love come from the same source
-Never underestimate stupid people in large numbers
-Hate is a feeling that includes your relatives and family
-Sometimes making mistakes could be your best talent
-Jealousy is one of man's best emotion
-Immoral is a brand used on people that aren't your friends
-Mixing Politics and religion is a bomb waiting to explode (yeah..me too AA)
-Hit me, i wont hit back, but i promise to bring you something else
-Don't seek a happy life..seek a better life!
-Everything in this world is molded on how we see it, so respect other's view for you may not be seeing something that others see..
-I believe most things that the church has taught me and i shall treasure it well..

This might be my basic beliefs..feel free to whatever..

Ah, I just remembered I've forgotten to say my important but insignificant, strictly observed but not much known priciples in my life.

Never waste food. (well practically everything else too)

there is a simple answer to why the world is unfair:
Free will.
some people choose to take more than they need, gluttony, greed and such, witch prevents it from getting to those who do need it, this is an actual fact.
Aid money from America is one of the biggest cash cows for middle eastern and African politicians to line their pockets with.

to think of it Pink Floyd's dogs of war also comments on such.

This will not be any happy reading but I'm more of the sceptic school of philosofy, so you headonists and philantrophy poeple beware!

-Distant love will allways leed to demise. One has speak out the emotions rather than keep quiet.
-The same goes with politics. Never follow the winds; stand still and work on your subject of the heart and mend your wounds of defeat.
-The past is more important than you think. Learn from it and make a better future. "The one who looks back at the past is one-eyed, but he who doesn't is blind"
-The human is a beast by nature and only the ones who accept it knows the truth.
-A leader that abuse power must be crushed by any means.
-Finaly: No human is an island.

You guys are full of wisdom. I can tell most of you will/have suceeded your goals and dreams. Well all I can say is...
"Do what your heart and mind agree is right."
If you do just what your heart tells you to do, then that shows your recklessness. If you do what your brain tells you to do, then that shows your ignorance.

Empathy is a great thing to have since it wont be a wonder for you to associate with other communities or groups.

Here's mine, though Im still refining them.

1) The biggest problem with spirituality is confusing it with religion

2) Aside from God and the Bible, everything we know from religion to rationale, everything we have from the wheel to the spaceship is the product of one thing : the reasoning human mind.

3) ego is an illusion that only exists in the preception of others

4) Altruism is suicide

5) As long as your on this side of the dirt you have a purpose, weather or not you seek and carry it out is up to you

6) Truth is societies greatest obstacle

7) Reality, ultimately, is defined only by the individual
