he's very literally dedicated to his 'boy' and the arch-enemy-alucard.
if he dies i supose it would not be in vain
(just a thougth, watching hellsing-ult and listening elfen lied ost)

..the same goes for abel and the new vampire prince.
(abel/cain is set here as a battle of eternity.. not as a biblical conclusion)

I would say Haruhi from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Its not much of an action anime but what ever thinks or believes in happens, that power can't be beat. I think I've seen another anime with a character with such a power, but I can't remember it.

Honestly speaking If it was a fight and if every single character from any anime was aware that there was a fight with a couple of ki blast should end everything and then it would be SS4 Gogeta standing vs Omega shenron and then a big bang kamehameha would end it
plus the characters from knights of zodiac move faster than the speed of light so they would finish off a whole deal of people also before people are aware they are alive also the Gundams from gundam seed are nuclear powered so if they are destroyed it would cause multiple nuclear exploseon killing everyone from nartuto / code geas / death note etc and blackbeard from one piece could just suck in Deidada from naruto and just shoot him in the head then magin buu would have destroyed the earth
