| I would say Goku form dragon ball GT because he was strong enough to destroy a couple planets if not a universe, and he can go SSJ 4 and thats the farthest anyone in the series has gone. |

Haruhi is by far the most powerfull, she can remake the world without all of the other characters and if there are no enemies you must be the most powerful imo...
The one with the best fighting abilities is Goku imo |

though yeah.. i was thinking of Haruhi Suzumiya too... reseting the whole universe by sheer whim or boredom... no matter how fast you teleport you can't really run away from a major reseting of the whole universe...
and didn't goku reveal that there is someone more powerful than him???

I would have to say Lucy from Elfen Lied is the strongest. She can act innocent, but once you turn around your head's cut off. GO LUCY!
