Why do you like to play?

i play most types of games, fps, rpg, action, even puzzles, but i dont like the sports ones, if i wanted to go and play foot ball or soccer i would call some friends and go outside. they seem slightly pointless to me

Hmm why do I play?
Well to entertain myself and watch every different kind of stories each game has. Those games mix the magic with realistic so its good to get in there and feel it ^^

In a word, escapism. Since I was young I found it exhilirating to assume the identities of others, share their joys and sorrows and abandon my own mediocrity. Games lended me quite a bit of strength during my horrible high school years as well.

Not to mention I just like beating the crap out of things with impunity. ^_^
