I'm in the midst of making a story

I'm in the midst in making a story. I've been making this story for at least three years and i cant make the story make sense. I need advice.

first off we need more info about your story...

give us a sampler or a synopsis of it... then we may assess on what parts we may be able to help you clear out better...

and if ever you want to post your story.. i advise you post it in the fan works section.. that is where all fanfics, original stories and what not are posted..

I'll try to answer as best i could for now.

-Get library books on how to write stories, i.e., how to write plays, how to write short stories, w/e fits you.
-It doesn't need to make sense perfectly.

There are a couple books out that help people write novels or stories and etc.
The only real advice I can give you is make an outline, and make a damn good one. Don't ever follow that cliche that the great writers used when they said "I just started with a few characters and went from there."
That might work for accomplished authors, but most of us need to have things mapped out for ourselves before writing the book. Making a detailed outline should help, because it should force you to try to make this story make sense. Y'know?
