aside from the arm being a bit erm.. not the same size i don't see that much wrong with this picture...
for those with high standards i guess.. but man... i can't even create something remotely close to this...  _________________

I think the arm is fine, just not shaded right, or you used too much definition on where the muscle of the back arm connects to the elbow joint. I'm not sure what "cell shading" really is, but I guess it had something to do with that.
I may not be that good of an artist, but if you give the pose a little more of a bend and a curve for a nicer rhythmy dynamic effect, it'll be awesome.
