One Piece - really fun and upbeat
Yuyu Hakusho - not much I can say but I like most of the songs
HXH - it's only short a pair of opening and endings but I like it a lot specially the karaoke (minus-one) version.
Transformers the Movie - it brings back memories

If you're into classic music anything from the final fantasy series is great...also the evangelion symphonic OST is a great choice...on the other hand fast jpop/rock beats i like:

maaya sakamoto - purachina (ccsakura's last episode ending song...brings teas to my eyes...i remember the whole series...)

do as infinity - fukai mori and tsubasa no keikaku (great themes from inuyasha)

also serial experiments lain's music is great....the uk band boa rocks!!

I think the way soundtrack was used in Noir is kinda lame. It felt like they just stuck it in there for the sake of it. It was crowded and different themes followed each other so rapidly, it made a mess.
