alcohol vs. caffeine

Which do you drink more, why and how often (note: those that have not had both do not vote)!

I think caffeine is pretty much unavoidable in today's world. Coffee, soda, chocolate... I think even some medicines have traces of it.

I haven't had much alcohol... prolly a lifetime grand total of 1 whole cup, but even if I had it all the time, I'd still prefer caffeine since I love soda and chocolate. It keeps me awake, especially since I work at night.

i like staying up at night.
i especially love tea. any type of tea. mmm tea...

alcohol's fun, but it has like... the opposite effects.
and honestly depends.

i mean sure it may be fun and games but hangovers
suck major, so is it really worth it?

I would say that my caffiene intake is greater than my alcohol intake, coz I tend to energy drinks and what not for staying up late either for studying or when I need it for work. I like coffee, but I can't stand very stron coffee ... I'm more of a latte sorta person. Trying my hardest not to rely on caffeine too much.

Alcohol on the other hand, I drink it everyone once in while for the occasion like at parties or gatherings and stuff ~ definately lots of fun to have a drink with your best mates. Althought too much and the hangover the next morning is never nice >.<

Has anyones ever tried coffee with a lil bit of Tia Maria instead of sugar~ its sooooooo nice.... so taking both at the same time isn't nessesarily suicidal Laughing

plus drinks like Kahlúa are really good too Very Happy

im a victim of ALDH defiancy, so no alcohol for me, not in public anyway. stupid mutated genes.

not a fan of coke or coffee, especially coffee, the aftertaste is unbearable. but i do love a good cuppa tea, without milk & sugar.

Alchol I prefer to stay away from and I suggest evreyone lisen to my advise dont drink in excess its not fun or good for you ... or your memory of the events of the previous night. -.-;

i drink both...

caffeine to keep me up

and alcohol to put me to sleep...

though i think i have had more caffeine in my system than alcohol...

im a coca-cola addict so yeah... and i think i was started on that thing since i was a year old... Very Happy

alcohol came in much later... at age 8...

i,m more into caffeine-ism, dont really like being drunk lol... usually, drink a cup of NESCAFE is more than enough to make me stay awake all night long, hv a party or study, etc...

though drink to much of caff could give the same effect of being drunk..

there was once when i,m hvg it to much that i get a headache, hardly feel my leg...

and when i woke up, i,m already at my friends apartmen....

glad i wasnt naked lol... Smile
