jobs for making animes?

i was wondoring wat type of jobs there are for animes if some1 could give me a link of jobs that have to do with making animes, working with anime etc would be helpful. and is it true you gotta be a good drawer to make anime =/?

Those who make the most money is the writers cause if the manga is good and you have writers royality over every product sold with the series name it could turn into a anime series and then wallscrolls, posters, mugs,keychains,pens, and others each with have royality on them so money for the creator

just read the job titles during the ending credits. There's like 50 different positions from production assistant to director. If you really pay attention over the years and get to know the names of people, you start to see how they move up the ladder.
