I must say, the only reason I picked this up was the amount of downloads and the amount of posts in this forum, and I must say I am very impressed not only at the great presentation of a story that can easily go bad, but these OP/ED songs are really really good.
The comedy is brilliant and it is the only series this year that I think has great potential to be really great. Tenshi, tenje, and kono sekai I still have to see their second episode and make a judgement on them...but as of right now at least I got something to watch during the week for sure while waiting for FMA.

Being in Japan has some advantages I suppose...
No it isn't real signatures or a drawing that I got from the creator these are freebies when you pick up a volume of the manga. You can also get a good feel for the size by looking at the keyboard in the background... Not too huge really. I'm assuming the signatures are the voice actors. (For Midori and Seiji or Midori and the Director?) Of course the third signature is the manga-ka. Anyway the sixth tank came out today so I had to go pick it up.
Now here's the bad thing... I picked up the 5th tank a while back and got the same stuff. What good does having 2 sets of them do for me? Well, it means that I can send one of them off into the mail to someone here I suppose.... They might look pretty sharp on the refrigerator or something. (Or at least that is where all my little trinkets like this end up anyway...)
So here's how this works, all you have to do it be the first one to PM me (Please do not send e-mail) with your mailing address (I'm pertty sure if you don't want to give your real name I can just send it to your A-S handle) and I'll ship these off to you. First come first serve. Remember I need the full address and COUNTRY you are from as well. Not everyone lives in America. :P PM's come with time attached so I can tell. If nothing else figure if you are reading this and someone has already replied to this post in the thread replying "W00T" then they are more than likely the winner. :P (Unless they can't find the PM button at the bottom of the post...)
These may not be anything super limited or worth a lot on e-bay (I got them for free folks...) but I figure better to send them to someone that may enjoy them as opposed to chucking them in the recycle bin. ^^;
This may not be the last time I do something like this (This could be considered a test run to see how things go I suppose) always a good idea to keep an eye on the forums huh?
EDIT: Contest closed. (That was faster than I expected...)

.... Did I kill the thread or something or are ppl just not watching the show anymore?
Not like there was really a whole lot to say about the ep. All I really ahve to say is did his sister really have to have it all hanging out there the whole time they were in the onsen... I mean really... That was just too much for me...
hehe, specky, dude, when u got more freebies keep me in mind yeah? or maybe even while your in japan, how about running a small "Specky's .jp exports" business for small items of request (small enough to not break the bank )
Anyways, i can already tell that this will be a favourtie series this season, and I should really catch up on the manga - only read volume 1 so far even tho i have the rest sitting on my hdd. Guess i just need to manufacture myself some more free time :/ _________________

Well, Ep 3 was a bit of a let down for me after the last two eps... It just didn't feel as funny as the last two, and compared with the manga... Hopefully it gets better.
The episode was nice but it felt like the show is losing some of its initial momentum... Does the manga move forward or does it just rely on the hilarity of the 'right hand girlfriend' idea?

They do touch upon the plot occasionally. And of course, there are quite a few hilarious side characters that have yet to be introduced or touched upon, and some don't have anything to do with Midori.

The main theme still is the 'right hand girlfriend' idea. However several 'days' have them focusing on the side characters.
On episode 3, yeah I too felt that something seems missing. I think perhaps it is their pacing that is a bit off. Even in Vol 1 & 2 (which is how far the anime has advanced), there were some 'days' spent on the side characters. I think the mangaka got the pace right but now in the anime perhaps we are feeling a bit overloaded? With the way it feels now, this seems like its going to be a 13 episode series.

I agree episode 3 wasn't exactly the best of episodes, but it's really difficult to keep up that level of comedy that they put up the first 2. I have already seen the potential and how good this anime can put up comedic eps so I'm sure we'll get back on track. Still a good enjoyment to watch.

Overloaded? Nah... The anime is going at a pretty steady pace, and fitting around two chapters into each episode. It's just that the manga's format is pretty hard to work with since each chapter is a standalone story (most of the time), so they are trying to fit related chapters with each other. And I just think it wasn't done very well in this episode (besides, in most anime, each episode's script is written by a different person anyway, so I guess the skills of Ep 3's scriptwriter were not up to par?)
I think the manga is already up to the 70's in terms of chapter numbers, so they still have plenty to work from.

I mean overloaded as in we are overloaded with too much Seiji-Midori. The manga takes some time off in between with those other character's side stories. I agree that perhaps the discontinuous chapter format of the manga made it hard to produce into one 30 minute episode.

Day 71 was just too disturbing... I wasn't laughing or have that warm feeling in my heart for that one...
If you want to know what happened in that one, check out my post in the Manga Midori no Hibi thread.
