First Episode is definitely not enough to make a judgment about this show. My first impression was that it looks similar to Red Garden. Not in plot, but how the show actually looks. Not sure thats a good thing necessarily. Looks interesting so far though. Fairly dark, lots of characters.

Wow no love for this series? So far so good, and I love the ED and the piano soundtracks.

And yeah, the animation definitely reminds me of some Gonzo Studio. I want moar!!

I liked what I saw in the first episode. A definite air of mystry and likable characters.

I agree with the Red Garden comparison, but I think it goes beyond just the look.

There's the whole, "you're lucky you've got that body" conversation in the first ep and the weird thing that happens to his arm when he's doing a job.

I like this a lot, the characters are good, I already like and dislike certain members of the cast and after two eps, I think this is my favourite show of the season so far. Hopefully it'll turn into something really outstanding.

looks like one of the few series ill be following this season. i like the interactions bet the girl and the people around her, looks like there is some action involved in the plot as well, but focus shifts so its not all just action plus its not too flashy and looks like the pacing will be good.

I liked this at first but I'm beginning to change my mind. In no remotely realistic world could this girl be only 6 years old. She talks like a highschooler. It's just...weird to watch at this point.

that's her charm; she's mature on the outside but is so terribly naive as to how the world works. she's extremely idealistic and has a strong sense of justice due to her sheltered (yet also traumatic) life. this makes her independent, curious, yet extremely vulnerable and easily hurt.

i won't argue that it's impossible in real life for a child 6 years of age to be that mature though. i think the point the anime is trying to emphasize is the perceived world of children and gradual change/resistance to the world in contrast to how a teenager tries to become an adult. the child would have to be mature in order to comment objectively, while maintaining a degree of unsullied innocence.

I really like the interactions she has with the various everyday things with which she is so unfamiliar. Like Molenir said, the bit with the can of food is sooo cute. More than the story, more than the other characters, I just like watching her find things out.

lol Are you fucking kidding me? Something tells me they weren't thinking of that when they made her sound like she's 15. Wow, I'm going to assume you're just joking around and that was sarcasm. I can't imagine that being serious.
