_Summer (Underbar Summer)

I looked up in the forums to see if there was any previous posts about Underbar Summer but I couldn't find any that answered my question.

My question is simply, what is the deal with this anime? I hear its an OVA but the length is undetermined. I also hear that each episode will come out every summer, hence underbar SUMMER, but that's a bit unreasonable for an anime. I think someone mentioned those as being called fun-funs and no idea what that is. Simply put, what is going to happen with this anime. So much promise and it could be a great but this show is just so unpredictable. The distance in between the release dates of the first TWO episodes has almost been a year. I really wonder what is going to happen.
