I hope this is the right section...I saw Chikage post music here, and this also kinda video...so...if it's not the right section, I'm very sorry.
--------
This is...just me messing around. I wanted to warm before I did lines, so I *attempted* to sing as Ryoma. And failed. Miserably. Oh well, it was good practice.
It's Rising, one of Ryoma's image songs from Prince of Tennis. And, because I just *had* to, I added the little thing Ryoma says at the end of the Rising remix. Personally, I think that's my best part in the song. >>;;
Sorry it's so bad. ;-; I probably don't even sound boyish enough... ;-; Also, the karaoke I had kept skipping, so timing might be a bit off at some places due to me editing the karaoke so it didn't speed up/slow down radomly. -_- Anybody have a karaoke version that doesn't skip like crazy? XD
Yeah, yukie is evil. She dared me to sing this song.
I wanna first say that this is the hardest song I've ever completed. The only reason why I kept it after finishing it is because it's for yukie.
It's Shangri-la, the opening to Fafner, and originally sung by angela. That means it's hard, as angela's songs keep switching registers. I also made the stupid mistake of singing it one-shot.
That being said, I'm pretty proud of the result, even though it's not that great. Why? Because singing this song took me to hell and back and I'm glad I completed it.
Enjoy? Please comment! I love this song, it's just so evil to sing.
--------
Okay, so today is my Sukisho's birthday! And...he wanted an Engrish song.
So...I sang Take Your Courage, which is the Engrish version of Don't Be Discouraged from Slayers. It's originally by Okui Masami.
It's sung one-shot and hopefully not too bad. >>;;; I like the verses, but meh...the choruses...I'm still feeling the remnants of my cold. -_- *drinks tea*
Anyway, the Engrish was fun. Yay for bad accents! For the record, I love my mic.
Well...I've been meaning to sing this song for a while, and I got a request to sing it, so voila?
It's OVER by HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR. It's a very belty song, making it hard. My mic also decided to hate me and sounded hollow today o.O so the quality is sharp. I wish I knew how to soften it. T_T Oh, I also had to edit the karaoke so Yusuke's in it. XDDD
--------
I love abingdon boys school, so I was really glad when the single for HOWLING came out. I just had to sing it. But...there was no karaoke. T_T
It's HOWLING by abingdon boys school, which is also the opening to Darker Than Black.
I decided to sing it recently completely for fun but due to being busy, didn't mix it until today. Sadly, the homemade karaoke isn't the best... :/ which made evening out the volumes really hard...I had fun singing it, though, and the talking was hard to do without laughing. >>;;;
I hope you like it regardless! Please tell me what you think! abingdon needs karaokes. T_T
------
So...not so sure why I sang this.
It's Red Rocket Rising sung by BeForU. If you don't know them offhand, you might know them for singing DIVE and Firefly in DDR. That being said, this song is a very hard song (for me) to sing -- especially since 6 people sang the original, switching on and off -- and I ran out of breath. <<;;
I'm pretty addicted to this song, so maybe that's why I sang it. >>;; I realize I go pitchy in the chorus, and that really high note near the end is icky. I also noticed after I sang it that I seemed to change tones after the first verse. o.o (And I got nasally <_>)
This was mostly sung for the fun of it, so my pitch suffers a bit, trying to keep it very high energy. I hope I didn't mix the music in too loud. :/ I'm in a hurry. And the Ash monologue fails. I know. XD
Thanks to Katsu for the karaoke and lyrics/translation for the speaking. ^^
I hope you enjoy anyway, comments are loved~
------
Well...someone (I think Scheris) requested that I sing this, so I downloaded the song...and then got addicted. This is the result.
It's Emotion from Gundam SEED Destiny, which is an insert by Meer. (I know I sound nothing like her)
It was a pretty hard song to get right, but I hope I didn't butcher it too much. Some parts sound waverly/icky/yeah.
So, I've been in a BECK mood, lately. This song has been stuck in my head, so I vocal reduced a karaoke and recorded it.
It's Slip Out, which is the 3rd ending to BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad, and also sung by Koyuki during the last few eps of the series. There's no karaoke, like with all the other BECK songs (*sad panda*), so this is a crappily made one. I sang it one-shot out of boredom.
The slides were absolutely evil. Yes. And, I might've mixed myself in too loud. It's hard to tell with homemade karaokes, and I couldn't find a perfect happy medium between too loud and too soft.
Well, it's my friend's birthday, so I sang her a song. Happy birthday and much love to Chinomi~ Yeah, it's crappy. >> But...Anyway, sung one-shot, enjoy?
It's White Reflection by TWO-MIX, used in Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz. I sang it one-shot. I know I suck at it and probably sound pitchy/flat/overall icky, but seeing that this was probably my first Jpop song ever, I just had to butc--sing it. I know I had a ton of fun singing it (after all, this song is special to me), so I hope that shows at the very least.
I hope you enjoy it regardless~ _________________ [IMG:300:100:30db97fb22]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/furubaonigiri/Waltzsiggy.png[/img:30db97fb22]

link to vid doesnt work. if the pv's the same animated one that i have, i'd agree that it's amazing ^_^
very well sung. i felt the vocals were a little too quiet and got drowned out by the instrumentals in some places. also, i think you were a bit heavy on the last syllable of "reflection" a lot of the times. you hit the high notes in "never ending story" perfectly though. keep up the good work! _________________

I enjoyed it.
You have very pleasant voice. Your songs are now in the top of my playlist.
About the video, it worked to me in one of 3 tries, so it probably works only if it wants itself
What part in particular sounded plain? I tried to put a lot of energy and emotion into the song so if you could be more specific it'd help. And...I'm not so sure singing until you have a sore throat is a good idea...that's bad for your throat. :/
I noticed I over-emphasized "reflecTION" sometimes, but since this was one-shot, I was too lazy to go back and fix it...eheh. >>
The video finished processing so it should work now. _________________ [IMG:300:100:30db97fb22]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/furubaonigiri/Waltzsiggy.png[/img:30db97fb22]

Emm, genryou, did you realize that "I'm not so sure singing until you have a sore throat is a good idea...that's bad for your throat" was the same kind as your "keep on singing till u hv a sore throat"? Somehow I felt joking tone in Kitsune's words.

by the way karei, hv u evr try hearing kitsune's version of god know and the original god know song at the same time?
i,m sure you,ll be amazed.......heh
With the "at the same time" you ment synchronized? You really confused me now. I'll try it.
But I listened original and Kitsune's version separately and I'm already amazed.
No, I'm not fluent in Japanese. XD But I've sung a ton of Japanese songs, etc and learned a bit of the language.
I'm glad you guys like God Knows...
I wasn't too sure about how I did on that one. >> _________________ [IMG:300:100:30db97fb22]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/furubaonigiri/Waltzsiggy.png[/img:30db97fb22]
