I guess I am the first one to comment on your picture......
Nice shadings.....Although shadings are not top notched.....
Though I never like drawing real life people....so much shading.....and very annoying with lots of detail....
If you are not good with detail....forget drawing real people.....From your drawing, I can see a lack of detail missing from the clothings....
Too many face drawings.....Still too early to criticise you, I would like to see more works.....
There is something wrong with the nose in certain drawings......though....
By the way, try outlining your characters with pen.....since you have alot of time paying attention to their shading......It will make it look a lot nicer.....shading can be kept in pencil mode.....
This is not DeviantArt. I am not here to make you feel good. Don't know about the rest......of the community here, though.....?
Anyway, keep up the good work..... _________________ [IMG:221:100:f6cec3048b]http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa284/sasukesrg/1184861571171.gif[/img:f6cec3048b] |

Wow O_O
These are great. I like the detail and you look like you put a lot of work into these. How long have you ben drawing?
I don't know what REC meant by the detail on the clothes, since you seem to put a lot of detail. (Especially in that last one) Though one or two of the noses also looked a bit akward to me as well. (Still good though) I think it may just be that Im not used to them being drawn that way lol.
Ayway keep up the good work and can't wait to see some more drawings. ^_^ |

Thanks for the criticism, guys.
The pictures where the noses look odd are older pictures.
I've been drawing for two and a half years.
I'm still working on improving my shading technique and the reality of my characters, so that isn't perfect.
Pictures that aren't completely shaded are probably older when I really didn't know how, and the shading I did do was luck. xD
Too many face drawings?
It is what I prefer to draw, but I am working on more fullbodied stuff ( I haven't done a full body in a year, and the ones I'm currently working on will be actually huge sized IRL so that the detail stays in tact even though the picture is smaller. )
I'll upload the new ones later on. haha. _________________ blah. |

| Your art pretty good, but I agree with others about doing too many face frontal pictures. If you like to draw heads or busts, then try using different angles to test and improve your skill. ^_^ |

You know, that isn't all that bad. I actually enjoyed looking at them. You're shading is good as well. You just need to keep practicing more to improve cause, there is no such thing as a artist that is perfect in everything. Every artists improves every time they draw.
Experiment with other angles and dimensions of the face. For example, I've done a couple of portraits with different face expressions and angle of the face like these.

Hey, thanks for the great criticism. =D
I know there is a lot I need to work on.
I'm not good at angles.
I'm trying to get them down but at the moment they are a little.
Shall we say intimidating?
Evil?
Frightening?
<3
By the way, I have a new image I thought I'd show everyone.
It's a guy.
It's a guy.
It's a guy.
=DDD
Another btw, Xpeed, I love your man and his silly faces.
I giggled. _________________ blah. |
