did anyone here beat the final showdown where you are up against mewtwo ganon and gigabowser all at the same time

i have been tring to beat it but cant...if anyone of you did beat it...what was your strategy?

Marth all the way! He isn't the best (especially when I control him, lol), but he's got a freaking sweet sword!!!

In the old game, I pwned with Kirby, but Kirby got nerfed in Melee.... no more juggling people across the Great Fox with my Forward+A smash... T_T.

Anyone ever tried going back to the 64 version after playing Melee? I tell you, it is SO confusing not having air dodges....

I love that game! I really like how they added more female characters and the some of the stages are really cool.

I love craning with Jiggly Puff... but it leaves you so vulnerable after you pull it off =/

Super Smash still rules even tho its been out for a long time.

the game is its funnest at midlevel play. low level is just stupid, and high level is insane. if you can't wave dash, quick dash, do an instant edge hog, you are out of luck. dealing with a high level marth/sheik/fox is nearly impossible unless you are playing as one of them yourself. the other characters can compete somewhat at high level, but play is still mostly dominated by the big 3.

midlevel is so much more fun since then everyone is a viable character and players don't combo you from zero into a marth tipper smash kill.

Super Smash Bros. is one of my favorite 4-player melees for gc or ps2. my favorite characters to use are Marth and Samus.

I loved SSBM when it came out and I still do. It was my first game for GCN and it will never get old!

For me, that's Jigglypuff's only purpose. To defeat The Final Showdown level, and to taunt my friends who really are amatuers at the game.

I rule with Roy and Marth. I'm trying to find out if they are gonna have any tournaments in the Carolinas or even near there.
Kirby is still okay, just that you can't use "cheap" moves anymore.

Just curious, who else has mastered Roy/Marth 's Dancing Blades technique? ( Forward + B)

i think jigglypuff is the best character....jigglypuff is so cool........im best with Link, Gannodorf, and Mewtwo....i like usin those characters...i like usin Jigglypuff too....yea....SuperSmashBros doesnt get old...its just awesome
