My all time favorite would have to be The Real Folk Blues from Cowboy Bebop. Tank! from the same anime and Inner Universe from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is really good as well.

"Moon On The Water" (Tanaka Koyuki ver.) from Beck is a lovely song that I really want to learn on guitar.

Right now though...the songs that send shivers through my body (my favorite songs) are the OP from Shakugan No Shana - Hisoku no Sora (The Scarlet Sky), the ED from Mai Otome - Otome wa DO MY BEST Deshou (As an Otome, I'll do my best, right?) [this song is just really fun to listen to XD], and the OP from Kannaduki no Miko - Re-subilimity by KOTOKO.
