a nifty anime series that i did like! someone has torrented the promo for it. but it basically states the anime will start 10-4-2007.
so in other words, looks like we all have a new series to start watching again!

New it was coming a long time ago.
Not sure I enjoyed shana enough to watch it.
Probably will as long as Shana is still a katana wielding red-head.
But i have no urgency. |

I'm not sure if I should be posting about the movie here... but...
They used a slightly different plot in it, not too big of a deviation I guess, but yeah, it surprised me.
And there were two support characters who were reduced to just cameos (poor fellas).
But yeah, if this is in the wrong place, ummm, I'd prefer if you'd move it instead of removing it completely. Thanks. |

I, for one, am finally interested in an anime series again (other than LoveCom, of course). Downloading the RAW as I type. =) |

Eclipse released the movie recently so I assume they are interested. |

That's just plain stupid. If you don't like the show, don't watch it...Unless it's an unavoidable thing to do, such as you being the absolute person to review it. In other words, stop wasting your time.
Now with minor things aside, the first episode:
I have to admit, it wasn't that much of a blast, even though I didn't know what to expect. Some recaps can hardly give you excitement. The reset probably isn't something that fans would be cheering about as well. This is when things fall short of one's high expectations, I suppose. Still, I know this will get better eventually. Perhaps Shakugan no Shana has a bad habit of starting out in mediocrity, continuing in explosive and fun fashion and ending with a decent conclusion.
For those looking out for novel material, you'll be satisfied.

Lol I don't see why you'll still watch it even though you hate it ^^;;
I'm looking forward to it though~ love Shana and her 'Urusai urusai urusai' just patiently awaiting the fansub ^^
Is it just me... or is there lots of sequeals and remakes this year?
