So... I know there's something called a love triangle, between 3 people. But in this case... we have a "love square" or even a "love box"?

I'm liking what they're doing with the new character. <3 flustered Shana.

But on the other hand, is it linked with Bal Masque's schemes?

i like how they intertwine the romance in all of the scheming of the bal masque... makes it really interesting how things will go with regards to their relationship... Very Happy

We've seen Hecate only like... once so far, and she was praying, as usual. The behavior of Konoe seems very "in tune" with Hecate's. Point: Metamorphosis is always hovering around Hecate, making sure she's alright, treating her much like a daughter figure. Perhaps that's why Konoe always expects to be served and not do anything on her own? Of course this is all speculation thats just waiting to be verified/falsified as the story unfolds.

<3 Konoe so far -- I believe it's her innocence that gets me.

well i especially find Konoe extremely annoying and clingy for some reason. I mean, I know innocence, but her is too extreme to the point of being totally useless.

I'd think that she's supposed to be useless! I mean, Shana is a Flamehaze, and Yoshida has that amulet that Khamsin gave her... so... yeah she's useless, pretty much =)

while i like a good love rectangle (pentagon if you count ike?), i think they've messed up the whole appeal of shana with konoe. i <3 konoe as much as the next moe-sap, but the reactions to her introduction and subsequent actions she's culled from the cast are really skewed. especially in shana's case. this may be my huge (i mean HUEG) shana-fanboy bias tainting my opinion, but she's supposed to be the fighter. i understand "love" is still a very new concept to her, but she's already been through that with yoshida. at the end of the first season, when yoshida all but called war on her, shana faced her and vowed to fight back. but with konoe, shana acts completely defeated without putting up so much as a finger.

dont forget theres also an blond in the opening of shana no second (touching yuij's cheeks ) or something oke doesnt count for much but maybe there will be eventually 4 girls Wink

Damn it...My worst fear confirmed.

THEY'VE TURNED THE WHOLE DAMNED THING UPSIDE DOWN.

Not that the episodes so far with Konoe are terrible, but I don't like the direction SnS II is going so far.
No mention of Pheles, no mention of Wilhelmina's true intent to kill/destroy Yuuji, no Balle Masque movements, little/no YuujixShana, no real Tomogara vs Flame Haze action.

I sincerely hope they have not turned the whole thing into a show revolving mostly around high-school romance and drama, not when the series is more than just that.
