- Fuko 20 + 50 = 70pts... "ah, I found a weird person"
- Nagisa 10 + 15 = 25pts... nothing special this episode
- Kotomi n/a + 50 = 50pts... OMG, so cute... want moar!!!
- Ryou n/a + 20 = 20pts... LOL, that whole "confession" scene had me ROFL
- Kyou 2 + 10 = 12pts... she's starting to grow on me
- Tomoyo 2 + 20 = 22pts... awww, I hated her tsundere attitude before, but now that she's starting to show some emotion... must hug!!!
- Yukine 15 + n/a = 15pts

6 episodes of Clannad and I'm beginning to think the jokes are pretty lame... although some are funny...

Just realise more screen time is actually on the comedy than the drama...

I dont know who most people are, but for me I'm never getting bore of this anime. I think the comedy is very funny. And of course, I've always love key's character design so yup, still waiting for the next episode.

I was expecting the story to moving faster aswell ... Thought they were going to wrap Fuuko's arc by the end of eppie 6 >.< I'm guessing another 2 more eps maybe?

And Yusuke was the same guy in an earlier episode that was an elecitrician right?

Back from a break from this forum. ^^

I'm thinking that this is the way Key does things. Apparently they throw in the lot with comedy first, and later the more emotional/heartwarming moments, or perhaps somewhere in between. It's effective in a way, as this would often bring out the flavour in the emotional scenes more.

I don't quite understand the rationale behind the 'lame' description of the jokes, though. So far I'm enjoying myself, despite the fact that there are indeed some repetitive ones. The 'Mastery' scenes aren't exactly funny unless you watch and connect various scenes closely. Final Hitode Tsukai Fuuko was pretty good too. Perhaps the jokes are more in sync with the fact that FUuko falls into her imaginary world every now and then.

So far, I have to say I'm enjoying myself more than I expect in Fuuko's arc, but perhaps they might have overdone the comedy. There might not be a good balance here, and while her arc has been effectively 3-4 episodes, I most certainly hope it will end in episode 8, especially since the title seems to herald the end of her arc...
And possibly the end of her as a major character as well.

And xeno, I quite like your 'girl ratings' you have there. It just irks me that Tomoyo and Kotomi are not having a lot of screentime too.
