For me, no matter how the man is attractive or hot as long as he's not throwing himself to any women he'd be a fine target for attractive women. I agree to what xeno said. Cavemen are kawaii~ ^^;

For some reason, people who don't know me seem to place me in the 'player' category of men, because of the way I look dress and act. -___-"
However I am much better placed in the weirdo / nerd category of people, I'm quite like Sasahara from Genshiken (a run off the mill otaku I guess one might say). ^.^;

Anyway, my point is; there is a conflict between how people percieve me and how I really am as a person. I have been approached by 'pretty girls' ( '' because I find the so called 'ideal' of women plain and boring myself) who think I am a 'cool' guy, judging me from a distance. After realizing I'm a guy who niether drinks or goes clubbing or w/e, but instead is your typical 'nice guy' who sits at home playing videogames and has a 2D lolicon I'm not much of a target anymore. ^_^

In my experience from highschool and now my early twenties, the 'pretty' girls seem to get attracted to a certain personality type, rather than a certain type of looks (in contradiction from Saki in Genshiken). And as I see it, this is the 'jock' or 'player' type of guy, who smoothtalkes one girl after another on his 'conquest'. '>.>

I remember when I was around 13-15, that I was so bothered that only the '***holes' would get any girls, and remember how I longed to get older, so the matured 'women' would realize that it might actually be a good idea to go with a 'nice guy' haha! ^_^

I must however say that in my experience, the 'pretty girls' still chose to go with the 'jocks' and 'players'. This, however, doesn't bother me anymore, since I don't find the barbie doll type of woman attractive. ^_^

Uhm~...I kinda lost my own point...Did I make any sense? fO.o;

Anyways, in conclusion I'd say 'pretty girls' go for '***holes', rather than 'not visually pleasing' guys. ^.^;

Now this whole topic is a horrible case of generalisation, but as we like to say around here; the exeption confirms the rule. ^_^

As of lately (starting at the university) I'm trying to look and act more according to my real personality, as to try and make contact with the Ogiues (she's SO~ cute ^w^) and Harimas, rather than the Sakis and Harry McKenzies (me wuntz more wierdo friends). ^_^

I think most girls go for the guy they perceive as the alpha male in whatever way (power,looks,musical skills, whatever). basically if the guy is respected by his peers in certain thing(EXCEPT anime knowledge), he is likely to get lots of admirers. pfft such a confusing system........why can't women adopt the same system as men and go for looks alone? It saves you the time of having to look closely at people.

its not a good day and I feel like ranting so I'm gonna continue. I hate squinty eye guys. Why do they get all the girls? Its not fair. just because they can't pass motion doesn't mean that they can get all the girls!! urgh. I'm so jealous!! I wish I were constipated so I could get all the girls. I propose a experiment.... guys should walk with one eye squinting and the other more open and see which side the girl goes for...

yeah many asians do have that asymetrical feature whereby one eye is biggger than the other. I've always wondered why.
