didn't really see a thread for this and since i wanted to talk about how i liked the first episode (even though it was honostly nothing special) here i am .. =D

as i mentioned above .. there isn't really much in story-wise that makes this stand out other than the fact i enjoyed it .. the quiet heroin .. the loud captain .. the lfunny-looking friend with the beautiful girlfiend (HAHAHHA) .. i can't wait to see how this turns out .. especially because the main purpose in itself is not even serious .. =P

anyway .. here's a short summary ..

Ishida Toraji is an advisory teacher of the Kedo Club of Muroe High School. He is dull and so poor that he finds it hard to make a living. However his life changes dramatically, when Teacher Ishibashi, who went to the same school of Toraji, asks him to have a competition with Ishida’s girl’s team. Since then, Toraji, Chiba Kirino, the club leader, and two new boy members, Nakata Yuji and Eiga Danjuro, are recruiting girl members. Going through various events, three members, Kawazoe Tamaki, the strongest swordswoman and only daughter of a Kendo school, Miyazaki Miyako, who is a beginner and a girlfriend of Eiga, Kuwahara Sayako, who used to be a club member but has played truant, join the club and they begin to excise vigorously for the competition. However, they still need another member for the competition.

What is Toraji’s secret plan for the competition? What is his true purpose?

same. out of all the anime i've seen this past week i think i laughed loudest on this one. i was rather surprised. looks like a fun watch.

sparkling miya-miya is the best!

episode 2, really enjoying the comedy so far..

i guess this will be my pick for fav comedy this season.. got a little case of lss on the ed song too.. "im calling past the lights..." *hums* hm hmm hmm....

I read the description for this series and didn't think I'd like it. But I went ahead and watched an episode anyway and am really glad I did. This was pretty good and with great humor. The Kendo teacher is a riot.

didnt know miya miya had an alternate and scary personality definitely thought she was the weakest of the bunch and was only there for comic relief(in combination with dan of course)

i am almost tempted to read the manga, but ill try to hold out as long as i can Very Happy

1 ep a week for this stuff sure is a loong wait.

i read the manga first and when i heard the anime is coming out, i wasjumping for joy! i saw the firs 3 eps, and i'm so hooked! love the drawing and the comedy in it!

ep4, im really lovin each of the characters personality, the quiet but strong red, the energetic yellow, the randomness of blue, and the deadly pink. i wonder what kind of chara the last member will be. Smile

gotta love pink when she turns black with that evil aura <333 theres something about that sadistic nature thats so moe for me lol

also tama was really cute on the preview reading fan mail. ^^ ...anime banzai.

LOL and when you thought pink was a cute colour...

when is the last member (Orange?) gonna appear? although it seems like all the team needs is Tama-chan to beat the other team..

LOL at miya-miya!! i honostly didn't think her character would be as interesting as it is .. as tabz mentioned above the diferent personalities of each characters really make this anime enjoyable .. ^__^

tama is imba they dont even need to train anyone just let tama-chan beat the crap out of everyone ;p

miya-miya is so freaky when she is mean. but she's so cute! probably one of my favorite characters in the anime. her or tama-chan, hmmmm. yeah love the comedy so far. makes me wonder if the guys will be any good though.
